THE R&A WOMEN IN GOLF LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION PROGRAMME SOUTH AFRICA - 2026
The R&A and GolfRSA in partnership with CMASA are pleased to announce the launch of The R&A Women in Golf Leadership Foundation Programme in South Africa for 2026.
The programme provides women across the golf industry with opportunities to enhance their leadership capability, confident and connect with likeminded women, forming the first alumnae for South Africa.
Participants in the second South African cohort will follow a six-month progression pathway programme offering guided learning through Hemsley Fraser Digital Hub, seven virtual workshops of three hours each and five one hour sessions of coaching support from March to August 2026. The workshops cover topics of Growth Mindset, Leader vs Manager, Developing Emotional Intelligence, Building Resilience and Effective Communication.
