Scholtz appointed as Junior Golf Co-Ordinator
Johan Scholtz, fifty year old Boland Junior Golf President and Tournament Director, has been appointed to the new full time position as Co-Ordinator: Junior Golf for the South African Golf Association, it was announced today.

Dylan Frittelli (72) finished on a four under par thirty six hole aggregate to make the halfway cut in the South African Open Championship being played at Durban Country Club. If he manages to hold onto the Freddie Tait Cup on Sunday this will be the first amateur in forty eight years to win it in successive years.
