KZN behind against Central Gauteng but look good to win
DURBAN, 25 September 2009 – Kwazulu-Natal will start the afternoon singles in the final round of the South African Interprovincial at Durban Country Club with a two point deficit after losing the morning foursomes to Central Gauteng 3 & 1.
Kwazulu-Natal are on course to claim the 49th South African Inter-Provincial Tournament after extending their advantage over Free State & Northern Cape following Thursday’s fourth round at Durban Country Club.
DURBAN, 24 September 2009 – Kwazulu-Natal applied their home course advantage in the fair weather at Durban Country Club to edge out Free State and Northern Cape in the morning foursomes in the fourth round of the SA Interprovincial Tournament.
There’s little doubt that the match between Kwazulu-Natal and Free State & Northern Cape on Thursday is the most eagerly anticipated clash of the 49th SA Inter-Provincial Tournament at Durban Country Club.
Following on their near clean sweep over Province on Monday, Kwazulu Natal had to rely heavily on the singles to pull through a successive win today (Tuesday), in the second round of the SA Inter-Provincial being played at Durban Country Club.
