SA take Zone VI in dominant fashion
It was not a clean sweep but nonetheless a dominating performance by the South Africans today, winning six of their eight matches, halving one and losing another in the final round of the Zone VI played at Ndola Golf Club, Zambia.
South Africa won the event with a total of 22.5 points, out of a possible 24, 8 points clear of their nearest rivals Zimbabwe.
103 rules enthusiasts, the highest number ever, have enrolled to participate in the prestigious two day R&A Rules of Golf School, to be held this weekend, commencing on Saturday 26 April, at Benoni Country Club.
