Reigning SA Boys Under-15 champion Wilco Nienaber from Free State will be making his debut in the Reply Italian International Under-16 Championship alongside 2015 Nomads SA Boys Under-17 champion Herman Loubser from Boland, fourth ranked Luca Filippi from Western Province and 10th ranked Luke Mayo from KwaZulu-Natal in Biella, Italy from 1 to 3 September.
Dylan Naidoo left it until the second last tournament of the 2015 Glacier Junior Series to book his place in the National Final with a win in the Dale Hayes Tournament at Zwartkop Country Club on Sunday. Naidoo’s round of 67 gave him a three-stroke victory over Kyle Barker and Dylan Kok.
With only two tournaments left on this year’s Glacier Junior Series, the race to make the National Final is reaching its climax. And Pretoria’s junior golfers will get their last chance to do so at Zwartkop Country Club this Sunday.
