CHALLENGE TROPHY UPDATE – Round 2
Casandra Hall and Sarah Bouch kept Ekurhuleni firmly in the driver’s seat after two rounds in the Challenge Trophy division at the 72-Hole Teams Championship. The pair combined for 147 to finish 14 shots clear of Gauteng C.
Hall still leads the Individual Standings on 140, and will carry a one stroke lead into this afternoon’s third round at Middelburg Country Club.

SWISS TEAM TROPHY UPDATE Round 2
Gauteng is still in the driver’s seat at the 36-hole mark of the Swiss Team Trophy division at the 72-Hole Teams Championship, but the A-team is sharing pole position with Gauteng North A at the halfway mark at Middelburg Country Club.
Ivanna Samu fired a one-under-par 71 and Woo-Ju Son returned a 74 to put the defending champions in command, but Danielle du Toit’s 71 and a 77 from Larissa du Preez pushed Gauteng A into the joint lead at 294.
