Nobuhle Dlamini wins another Match Play title
Swaziland’s Nobuhle Dlamini picked up her third match play title of 2012 to add to her three stroke play titles when she returned a 3/2 win over Namibian Bonita Bredenhann at Glendower today.

After a disappointing SA Amateur in April, Kim Williams came back strongly this week to win The Pro Shop Gauteng 54 hole stroke play championship at Glendower Golf Club. Kim is pictured receiving her trophy from The Pro Shop’s Sven Pederson.
The Challenge and SA Country Districts Inter Provincial Tournaments finish tomorrow at Cullinan Golf Club (one of South Africa’s premier 9 hole courses) and Polokwane Golf Club respectively.

South African and Utah Valley University freshman Lynn-Marié Nagel birdied two of the last three holes Wednesday to hold off Houston Baptist’s Kelsey Lou-Hing to win top medalist honors at the Great West Conference Women’s Golf Championships at the Alpine Country Club.
For a 12th time since the Africa Zone VI Golf Championships launched in 2000, the South African team were simply superior and successfully wrapped up their title defence at Lilongwe Golf Club in Malawi.
Women’s Golf SA welcomed five new Provincial Presidents to the Executive at meetings held at Umhlali Country Club last week. They are Daphne Maynier, Sarie Fourie, Desi Earle, Lol Jones and Cathy Mortimer.

The South African team continued their winning march with another solid performance on day two of this year’s Africa Zone VI Golf Championships at Lilongwe Golf Club in Malawi.
Having launched their title defence with a white wash in the opening Singles on Tuesday, the eight man squad extended their lead on day two, opening up a substantial gap with seven victories in the second round Foursomes and Betterball matches.
