Southern Cape’s, Iliska Verwey came from behind to fire six birdies in the afternoon round of the Pam Golding Womens Golf Western Province Championships played at Clovelly Country Club and card a six-under-par 66, total 144, to lift the winner’s trophy.

Located in Johannesburg, the Centre provides lower resourced families of children with autism with free access to a highly-effective online and learning development programme, along with facilitated support from a trained professional.

Alana van Greuning won her first provincial championship in a play-off against Nicole Becker this week. She achieved this at the 36 hole North West Championship, played at Rustenburg golf club on Sunday 6 March.
